4. Load & Broker Responsibility

SS Brothers Dispatch acts only as a dispatcher:

  • We are not responsible for load cancellations, delays, or damages

  • We do not own or operate trucks

  • Any agreements made with brokers are the responsibility of the carrier


5. Limitation of Liability

SS Brothers Dispatch shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of income, delays, or missed loads

  • Damages arising from third-party brokers or shippers

  • Technical issues or temporary website downtime


6. Cancellation & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services if terms are violated

  • Refuse service at our discretion

Clients may cancel services with prior notice, subject to any agreed terms.
